■In 1985 Korg released  the DDM-110 (Super Drums) and the sister DDM-220 (Super Percussion). The main CPU m50741  manages a series of 8-bit sampled drum sounds : kick, snare, hi/low toms, rimshot, handclap, cymbal, open and closed hi-hats. 

■Main panel offers 10 buttons, an Accent control for each sound, and tempo controls.
Memory It stores 32 patterns +  6 songs. 

■ Machine can be synched with early DIN sync for external control (not roland 24 ppq but double frequency).
