✎ Can I use sample for my music and production?

Unless specified * all samples and synthesizer patches are available to download royalty free for use in your music production and sound design where specified.

*NOTE: some historical/ obsolete sample pack (e.g Akai MPC sample library, amen break, james brown voices) may not have clearance for production. These are free of charges for historical purposes.

☮ Which format do you use?

☮ Sample pack are always zipped (download 7-zip for free for pc, Mac is automatic).
We generally do use 24bit, 44.1 KHz WAV files (unless specified).

Also some sample pack for kontakt, generally 5+ and player is ok.
Please do refer to each sample pack description.

😂 Do you really have all those machines?

Yes! all working and kicking! we do collect dusty stuff since ages.

☮ I have an issue with my synth, do you offer assitance?

Sorry but we cannot answer to all questions for time reason and also because remotely troubleshooting a synth is quite impossible and would result approximative.

Refund Policy

1) As our products are digital downloadable, we are unable to provide customers with refunds. If your downloaded product results faulty, corrupted we will replace it asap.

2) We only refund duplicate purchases by mistake.

3) Please do verify you are making a purchase that it is what you want, as mistakes cannot be seen as a reason for refunds. Please listen to the demos, download first the FREE version (if available) read the product description and software requirements carefully before you purchase.

4)The customer is responsible to have the knowledge required to use the product.

5) If you are in any doubt as to the suitability of the product or have any questions, please contact us before you purchase to ensure that it is suitable for your purposes.
