Overview 

Overview Roland Mu1 Controller is  an auxiliary input unit that makes it  possible to edit and draw Roland S series samplers when connected to monitor. It is native with Roland S-50 but needs a bridge with later models like S-760 thru the Roland DT-100
Also a more rare version in white color.

COMPATIBLE MACHINES: 
- 16 bits sampler family: S-770  / S-750  / S-760
- 12 bits sampler family: S-550 / S-330 / S-50

TO SAMPLER it is important to set the MU1 when switching on the sampler,acessing to the proper boot menu and select the "MOUSE" 

TECHNICALLY it's a simple MSX mouse developped by MITSUMI, not compatible to neither OLD PC, COMMODODRE AMIGA / ATARI ST
There are many moderns alternative, especially to use optical mouse with higher precison and a modern adpter (PS2/USB) programmed with a simple PIC16f827a.
