MPC60 VS MPC60 II
The AKAI MP60 II is basically a standard MPC60 mk1 with some minor differences.
Here we will just explain the 3 main differences: for main sampler sound characteristics, sound demos, please check out the original AKAI MPC60 PAGE.

1- Case
the first evident difference is cometical: the classic Mp60 features a metal case which looks and feels less cheap than the plastic one from Mk2.

2- Headphones
The MPC60 II features a heaphones ouputs, which is badly missing on the classic model. Still looking for a smart way to mod the Mk1.

3- Display
the original MP60 LCD can be tilted for best view, the updated MK2 one is fixed and cannot be moved.

Review
OK: -it's a MPC60-headphones
NOT : - not a great upgrade- plastic case

"Sounds great as usual, but mpc60 II upgrades do not add really much and it is way uglier than the original"
