Sound

SOUND The main core engine is based on a 16 bits CPU NEC up-D70433 (v55) signal is processed at linear 16 bits / 44 kHz with / Frequency Response from 20Hz to 20kHz. Board also features a custom DSP TC6088AD that process internal algorithms.  The DAC / ADC is an Asashi Kasei AK4501vs-e1.

MEMORY 22 algorithms, 100 ROM patches +
200 RAM patches, backup with  a common CR2032, easy to replace; Memory can be saved to Midi sysex dump.

MIDI a selected parameter con be controlled using CC# or note triggering in case of a keyboard, in addition it is possible to change the effect number using the program change Midi function.

The algorithms A / B

ALGORITHM A

Reverb
channel 1 + 2 - > EQ --> Early reflection + reverb.

Stereo Reverb
same as above but channels are not mixed.

2 X Reverb
each channel reverb is indipendend

Plate demo
mix channel-> EQ - > plate reverb

Stereo Plate
same as above but channel are individual

Reverb + Plate
mix channel-> EQ - > plate reverb + reverb

Reverb + Delay
mix channel-> EQ - > plate reverb + delay

Reverb + Plate + Delay
mix channel-> EQ - > plate reverb + reverb + delay

Delayed Reverb
mix channel-> EQ - > plate reverb-> delay

Chorus Reverb
mix channels->EQ - > reverb -> chorus

2X Chorus Reverb
2 individual channels ->EQ - > reverb -> chorus

ALGORITHM B

Phaser Reverb
same as chorus reverb but with a phaser preset

Direct Mix Chorus Reverb
reverb->chorus

Delay Chorus
delay->chorus

Phaser Delay
reverb->chorus->delay

3D Early Reflection + Reverb
RSS reverb

3D Early Reflection + Plate
RSS reverb -> plate

3D Ambient
RSS reverb (no early reflection)

3D Non Linear
same as above but channels are individual

Stereo 3D Non Linear
Gated RSS reverb

Reverb 3D Non Linear
reverb-> gated Rss reverb

Maintenance and repair

MAINTENANCE common failure are keys tact switch and electrolityc capacitor leaks  (thanks to Philip Pilgrim for pic)
